Please note that boarding reservations are not confirmed until a 50% deposit (non-refundable) is received, this is based on the duration of your stay. We also require a credit card on file for all boarding reservations.

Our dog boarding can be booked out many days and sometimes weeks in advance. If you must extend your boarding stay, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you notify us as soon as possible!

Early Drop Off Hours
Although K-9 Culture staff are in the facility earlier than 7:00 AM weekdays and 9:00 AM on weekends, we are tending to our guest. You can special request an earlier drop-off time, however, it is determined on a case-by-case basis and availability of our staff. Early drop-offs need to be pre-arranged and a charge of $20/dog may be required.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will be credited to your dog’s file to be used towards future services. If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice you forfeit your deposit.
Vaccinations
K-9 Culture’s vaccination policy is in place for your dog’s protection and all the pups we have in our care.
We do not accept breeder or self-administered vaccinations. Vaccination records must be provided by your dog’s Veterinarian. You can forward their vaccination records from your Vet or they can send them to us directly or you can bring in a hard copy.
Standard Vaccinations, Rabies and Bordetella are required!
